Refund Policy - the basics

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your automation system within 30 days of delivery, you may request a full refund. To qualify, you must have provided all required information (content sources, references, brand guidelines) and followed the implementation steps outlined during onboarding.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us at [support@wantss.com] with your name, company, service purchased, and reason for dissatisfaction. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: monthly support plans after the first 30 days, third-party subscriptions (Make.com, APIs, data tools), custom content creation already delivered, completed training sessions, and consultation fees.

Monthly Plans

Monthly support or monitoring plans may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months. You retain access to your automation system after cancellation.

Partial Refunds

If only part of your service was unsatisfactory, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the undelivered value, credit toward future services, or additional support to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, contact us at [support@wantss.com]. If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, you forfeit access to all deliverables and systems, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery.
