4. Booking and Consultation
Scheduling a consultation through the Website does not create a binding agreement for services. Service agreements are established separately through a written contract after the initial consultation.

8. Support and Maintenance

9. Money-Back Guarantee
If, after one (1) month of using the delivered automation system, you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a full refund of the project fee. To qualify:

The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of project delivery acceptance

You must have provided all requested information and followed implementation guidelines

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
This guarantee does not apply to monthly support plans or on-demand support fees.
10. Intellectual Property
All automation workflows, configurations, and documentation created specifically for your project become your property upon full payment. However, Wantss retains the right to:

11. Confidentiality

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wantss shall not be liable for:

Damages resulting from third-party platform failures or changes

Issues arising from client modifications to delivered systems
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
14. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice

Update pricing for new projects

Change support plan terms with 30 days notice to active support clients
15. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if:

The other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within 15 days

Continuation becomes impractical due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
Upon termination, payment is due for work completed up to the termination date.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada - without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
